Naveen and Shweta moved into their home at the end of September 2019 and this was the first home that they have bought as a couple. This is what they had to say about their experience of Cadeby Homes…
“We were interested in moving to the area and had looked at houses by larger developers but much preferred the idea of a smaller, more bespoke builder. We came to look at the plot next door to this one but fell in love with this house as the layout and garden was perfect for our lifestyle. We love entertaining so the large open plan kitchen diner was amazing.
Our friends have bought new build properties from other developers and they have commented on the quality of the Cadeby build. The attention to detail is second to none, even down to the neatness of the trim around the kitchen tiles, we cannot fault it.
We loved how much we could be involved in the customisation of the property, choosing things such as the flooring.
Brian was an absolutely gentleman throughout the whole sales and snagging process. If we had any issues they were sorted within two days. We also love the fact that Louis is so heavily involved, even making the effort to pop out when we had not long moved in to check we were happy with everything.
One of the main things about this development that attracted us in the first place was its size. There are only 10 houses on the cul-de-sac so there is a really lovely neighbourly community. We have a Whatsapp group for the estate and we keep an eye on the houses if anyone goes on holiday, its so nice to feel so safe and secure.
