When my partner and I decided to move to a new house we looked at all the options and decided after much deliberation to avoid new builds. After viewing many new homes we felt the living spaces weren’t thoroughly thought out and lacked the normal day to day needs of a home.
We viewed many older houses but each one didn’t feel right, never feeling like they were ‘the one’, until we drove past our home. We decided one last time to book a viewing on a new build. And boy are we pleased we did! We were blown away by the finish on the property, the quality of the materials used and the service we received.
Although we met Bethan after the build was complete, she listened to our preferences, helped us pick out the final touches and assisted us to make this house our home. Throughout our purchase she was extremely helpful and communicated with us frequently to keep us updated.
We also met the owner Louis. His professionalism shone throughout and he was extremely understanding of our needs. His visit on our moving day just proved to us how passionate he is about his homes and the after care we have received has been exceptional.
